Ingredients

  • Oats2 cups
  • Honey1/2 cup
  • Eggs2
  • Brown Suger1/4 cup
  • Peanuts1 Cup
  • Raisins 1/2 Cup
  • Desiccated Coconut 1/4 cup
  • Pistachios1/4 cup
  • Pumkin Seeds1/4 cup
  • Sesami Seeds 1/4 cup
  • Baking Soda1/2 Teaspoon
  • Vanilla Essence2 Tablespoons



Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients well.
  2. Spread evenly the mixture into a pre - butter papered lined baking tray and press with your hand to become even and nice.
  3. Pre heat oven and bake at 180 c for 30 minutes or until look nicely brown.
  4. Cut gently the energy bars into desired shapes. Let it Cool.
