- Tomato4 chopped
- Chili3 chopped
- Ghee 5 Tablespoons
- SaltTo Taste
- Black Peppersome
- Finely chop the tomatoes, chili and garlic and set aside.
- Fry garlic, chili and tomatoes in ghee on low heat until the tomato is soft and mushy. Stir the tomatoes in between to avoid sticking and burning.
- Season with salt and pepper, then crack the eggs and add to tomatoes.
- Cook the eggs with tomatoes for a while and serve.
