Cow’s Leg Stew (Qurma E Pacha)

Ingredients
- Cow 's Leg 1 KG
- Chickpeas1/2 cup
- Onions, chopped4
- Tomato, chopped6-7
- Garlic, Minced2 Tablespoons
- Ginger, Paste1 Tablespoon
- Cooking Oil1/2 cup
- Red Chili Powder2 Tablespoons
- Turmeric1 Tablespoon
- Coriander Powder1 Tablespoon
- Salt To Taste
- Pototoes, roughly chopped4
- Carrot, roughly chopped4
Instructions
- Fry onions, garlic, ginger in oil until lightly brown. Add in the Cow's Leg (cut), chickpeas and enough water to cook, pressure cook it for 40 minutes or till its tender.
- When the meat and chickpeas are done add tomatoes, chili powder, coriander, powder, turmeric, salt and stir fry until the tomatoes become gravy.
- Now add in potatoes and carrots , enough water and cook for 10-15 minutes till vegetables are done too.
- Ready to serve.
