Clotted Cream ( Qaimaq Sar Sheer)

Prep Time: 10 Min Cook time: 30 Min
- Full Cream Milk1/2 a Gallon
- Boil the milk and then leave it in shallow dish to cool slowly.
- During this time, the cream content rises to the surface and forms 'clots'.
- Now collect the clotted cream and use it or refrigerated for later.
