Chocolate Swiss Roll/Roll Cake

        For Cake
    • Flour1/4 cup
    • Sugar1/2 cup
    • Eggs3
    • Cocoa Powder2 Tablespoons
    • Vanilia Essence1 Teaspoon
    • Vegetable Oil3 Tablespoons
      1. For Filling
    • Cream1/2 cup
    • Sugar3 Tablespoons
    • Cocoa Powder1 Tablespoon
    • Coffee1 Teaspoon
    • Custard Powder1 Tablespoon


    1. Filling: Mix sugar, cream, custard powder. Put it on medium heat and cook until thicken.
    2. Remove form heat, add cocoa , custard powder and whisk well. Let it cool.
    3. Cake Roll: Combine and whisk sugar and eggs well.
    4. Add in oil, vanilla, cocoa and mix again.
    5. Then add in flour and combine well. Pour the batter to 13" baking tin.
    6. Pre heat oven and bake at 180 c for 8-10 minutes.
    7. Spread some sugar on a butter paper and flip the cake.
    8. Now roll the cake using the paper to make a log. Let cool.
    9. Unroll the cake spread the filling and roll again.
    10. Sprinkle some sugar all over the cake log using a strainer.
    11. Cut and serve.
