- For Filling : Fry garlic in oil then add onion and tomato and cook for few minutes until tomato 's water soaks. Add shredded chicken and season with salt and chilly. Cook for some time and remove from heat.
- For Dough: Mix salt , oil and water then add the flour and fold to make dough, knead for sometime and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Now make small ball from dough and roll out using the rolling pin. Take a sufficient amount of chicken mixture and place it in half side of rolled out dough , now spread the Mozarralla Cheese, fold another side to close and seal the mixture and make half moon.
- Transfer the Bolani to pan and cook the Bolani till lightly brown. Flip to cook the other side.
- Serve it with chutney
