Chicken Meatball

Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken, grounded1 cup
- Onion, Finely Minced1/2 cup
- Garlic, Paste1 Tablespoon
- Black Pepper1 Teaspoon
- Coriander Powder1 Tablespoon
- SaltTo Taste
- Onion, Pureed3
- Tomato, Pureed5
- Red Chili Powder or Paprica1 Tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder1 Teaspoon
- Garlic, Paste1 Tablespoon
- Cooking Oil1/4 Cup
- Salt To Taste
- For For MeatBalls
- For For Gravy
Instructions
- Mix chicken, garlic, black pepper, coriander powder,onion and salt. Make walnuts size balls from the chicken mixture and set aside.
- Fry onion in oil add in garlic then tomato puree and cook until soft and thick. Add in turmeric, chili powder,salt and little water to make gravy.
- When the gravy comes to boil add in the chicken balls gently. Cook for some time when the chicken is done , remove it from heat.
- Serve with rice or bread.
