Cheese Balls Currry

Ingredients
- Paneer 1/2 cup mashed
- Boiled Potato1/2 cup mashed
- Cumin Seeds (i used powder)1 teaspoon
- SaltTo Taste
- Black Pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder and some fresh1 Tablespoon
- oilFor Deep Frying
- Flour4 Tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Water8 tablespoons
- Tomato chopped4
- Onion chopped1
- Garlic minced4 Colves
- Curry powder1 Tablespoon
- Paprika powder1 Tablespoon
- Ghee4 tablespoons
- Cream/Curd5 tablespoons
- SaltTo Taste
- Water1 cup
- For For Filling
- For For Batter
- For For Gravy
Instructions
- For Batter: Mix water salt and flour, avoid making lumps.Set it aside.
- For Balls:Mix all the ingredients well. Make small balls. Dip the ball into the batter to cover it completely. Deep fry it in pre heated oil. Handle it gently to avoid burst the balls in oil and keep the balls aside.
- For Gravy: In a pan add ghee , garlic then add onion, tomato and saute for a couple of minutes. Put the mixture into blender jar and blend well. Transfer it back to pan and cook it for another minutes. Add spices, salt, paprika, water, curd and cook on medium heat for sometime or until the gravy thickens .
- Add the balls and stir in. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
