Cauliflower Manchurian

Ingredients
- Flour6 Tablespoons
- CornStarch6 Tablespoons
- Salt and pepperTo Taste
- Water1/2 cup
- Boiled Cauliflower Florets3 cups
- Oil To Fry
- Spring Onion , chopped with greens1 cup
- Onion, chopped1
- Garlic, sliced 2 Tablespoons
- Oil 2 Tablespoons
- Tomato, chopped1
- Soya Sauce1 Tablespoon
- Chilli chopped2
- Capsicum, chopped 1
- Salt and pepperTo Taste
- For For Batter
- For For Gravy
Instructions
- For Batter: Mix well the corn starch, flour, salt and pepper. Take 2 tablespoons of this mixture and keep aside.
- Heat oil and dip the boiled cauliflower florets in to the batter then deep fry them till lightly brown. Set them aside.
- For Gravy: Heat oil add Garlic, chopped onion, spring onion and stir fry for a minute.Now Add tomato and capsicum, chilli and season with salt and pepper and stir fry for another 1 minute. Then add soya sauce and 2 tablespoons of batter mixture you kept aside from batter and stir well. Finally add fried cauliflower florets into it and combine all well. Done
