Cauliflower Manchurian

Ingredients

      For For Batter
  • Flour6 Tablespoons
  • CornStarch6 Tablespoons
  • Salt and pepperTo Taste
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Boiled Cauliflower Florets3 cups
  • Oil To Fry
    1. For For Gravy
  • Spring Onion , chopped with greens1 cup
  • Onion, chopped1
  • Garlic, sliced 2 Tablespoons
  • Oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Tomato, chopped1
  • Soya Sauce1 Tablespoon
  • Chilli chopped2
  • Capsicum, chopped 1
  • Salt and pepperTo Taste



Instructions

  1. For Batter: Mix well the corn starch, flour, salt and pepper. Take 2 tablespoons of this mixture and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil and dip the boiled cauliflower florets in to the batter then deep fry them till lightly brown. Set them aside.
  3. For Gravy: Heat oil add Garlic,  chopped onion, spring onion and stir fry for a minute.Now  Add tomato and capsicum, chilli  and season with salt and pepper and stir fry for another 1 minute. Then add soya sauce and 2 tablespoons of batter mixture you kept aside from batter and stir well. Finally add fried cauliflower florets into it and combine all well. Done
