Homemade Murba E Zardak (Carrot Jam)

Prep Time: 15 Min Cook time: 30-40 Min
- Carrot , grated2 Cups
- Sugar 1 Cup
- Water 1 1/2 Cups
- Cardamom1/2 Teaspoon
- Lemon Juice 1/2 a Lemon
- Lemon Zest (grated)1 Lemon
- In a pot add water, sugar and grated carrot, and cook the carrot until it softens on medium heat.
- Add lemon zest, lemon juice, and cardamom powder and cook it till the jam gets soft and sticky.
- Remove from heat and cool.
