- Boil sugar and water to make the syrup, add the rose and lemon juice at end. Set aside.
- Mix sugar, milk, oil then add the semolina, baking powder, baking soda and rose, combine all the ingredients well.
- Pre-heat oven and bake the cake for 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and pour the syrup over the cake. Cut as desired.
- Serve it with pistachio and nuts.
