Cabbage & Onion Spring Rolls

Ingredients
- Flour 2, 1/2 cups
- Oil8 Tablespoons
- Water3/4 cup
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Cabbage, shredded1 cup
- Onions, sliced thinly1 Cup
- Carrot, thinly julienned1/4 cup
- Coriander powder1 Tablespoon
- Black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
- Oil2 Tablespoons
- Soya Sauce2 Tablespoons
- SaltTo Taste
- Oil for frying
- For Wrapper
- For Filling
Instructions
- For Cover: Combine water, oil and salt then add flour and mix well and knead it with extra flour on floured surface for some time. Let rest for 15 minutes.
- For Filling :Mix and combine all the ingredients for filling and set aside.
- Spring Roll Preparation:Roll the dough so thinly using pasta machine or rolling pin. Cut the rolled dough into square shapes using a knife. Add a spoonful of mixture in the center and fold the two sides first then roll like Cigar roll .
- Deep fry them in oil, remove from oil and Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
