- Chick pea Flour1 cup
- Semolina 2 Tablespoons
- Ghee1/4 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Cardamom1/2 Teaspoon
- Almond , Flakes4 Tablespoons
- Heat pan and stir fry the chick pea flour and semolina until you smell its aroma.
- Add the ghee and cook for some time then remove from heat, let it cool.
- Add sugar, cardamom, and almond flakes and mix then make walnut size balls using your hands.
