Ingredients

  • Chick pea Flour1 cup
  • Semolina 2 Tablespoons
  • Ghee1/4 cup
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Cardamom1/2 Teaspoon
  • Almond , Flakes4 Tablespoons



Instructions

  1. Heat pan and stir fry the chick pea flour and semolina until you smell its aroma.
  2. Add the ghee and cook for some time then remove from heat, let it cool.
  3. Add sugar, cardamom, and almond flakes and mix then make walnut size balls using your hands.
