- Yogurt1/2 cup
- Beetroot Puree2 Tablespoons
- Salt To Taste
- Basil leavessome
- Take a boiled beetroot and puree it using the blender.
- In a bowl mix 2 tablespoons of pureed beetroot and yogurt and salt.
- Garnish it with basil leaves.
