Apricot Jam

Ingredients
- Dry Apricot1 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Water3/4 cup
- Vanilla Essence1 Tablespoon
Instructions
- Boil the apricot for 4 minutes on medium heat.
- Add sugar and cook for 5 minutes then add vanilla and remove from heat and let to cool.
