- Appple , big sizes3
- Sugar1 c up
- Water 1 cup
- Cardamom Pods6
- Peel and dice the apples as you desire. Boil the diced apples with water and Crushed cardamom pods until apple is soft.
- Add sugar , stir and cook till the jam is thick and sticky.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
