Apple Jam

  • Appple , big sizes3
  • Sugar1 c up
  • Water 1 cup
  • Cardamom Pods6


  1. Peel and dice the apples as you desire.  Boil the diced apples with water and Crushed cardamom pods until apple is soft.
  2. Add sugar , stir and cook till the jam is thick and sticky.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool.
