Afghani Pot Kabab (Do Pyaza Rozana)

  • Meat1/2 kg
  • White Onion, sliced1/2 kg
  • Olive Oil1/3 cup
  • Salt To Taste
  • Black PepperTo Taste


  1. Cook meat with 4 cups of water , salt and 2 onions like soup. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil and add sliced onion and stir for a minute. Then add in the meat with its soup to the onions. Then lower the heat and cover & cook for 20 minutes ( check in between to not stick or burn).
  3. Garnish it with black pepper and coriander and serve with bread.
