- Meat1/2 kg
- White Onion, sliced1/2 kg
- Olive Oil1/3 cup
- Salt To Taste
- Black PepperTo Taste
- Cook meat with 4 cups of water , salt and 2 onions like soup. Set aside.
- Heat oil and add sliced onion and stir for a minute. Then add in the meat with its soup to the onions. Then lower the heat and cover & cook for 20 minutes ( check in between to not stick or burn).
- Garnish it with black pepper and coriander and serve with bread.
