Stuffed Egg with Tomato Sauce

      For For Egg
  • Boiled Egg6
  • Spread Cheese1 Tablespoon
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Black Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
  • Red Chili Chutney1 Tablespoon
  • Onion1 small Finely chopped
  • White Vinegar1 Teaspoon
  • Coriander leavessome fresh
  • Oregano1/2 Teaspoon
    1. For For Tomato Sauce
  • Tomato 8
  • Garlic8 cloves
  • Paprika Powder 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil 1 large Ladle


For Tomato Sauce

  1. Blend the tomatoes and garlic in blender.
  2. Cook tomato with oil add paprika, garlic, salt in low flame heat on burner till it cooks well and soften.Keep stirring. Set it aside.

For Egg Stuffing

  1. Cut the eggs into halves.
  2. Separate the yolks from whites.
  3. In a bowl add chopped onions one teaspoon vinegar and salt then mix it with your finger tips.
  4. Add spread cheese, salt, black pepper, egg yolks, oregano and red chilli chutney mix again with back of spoon to become silky soft mixture.
  5. Now gently fill the mixture into the egg whites.
  6. Place the the stuffed eggs to tomato sauce and garnish it with some coriander.
  7. Serve with bread or alone.
