- Combine mashed potato, cooked soya granules, coriander, pepper and salt and set aside.
- For flour : combine water , salt and add flour to make dough and knead for some time. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Make small ball from dough, roll it out a bit then add a tablespoon of Soya mixture in the center and seal all around it. Now roll it out using rolling pin on floured surface.
- Add a tablespoon of ghee to pan and cook the soya stuffed paratha, flip and add some ghee to cook the other side too. Repeat the same with the rest.
