Soya Stuffed Paratha

      For For Dough
  • Flour2 cups
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Water3/4 cup
    1. For For Filling
  • Boiled potato 1
  • Cooked soya1/2 cup
  • Coriander powder1 Tablespoon
  • Black Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Ghee4 Tablespoons


  1. Combine mashed potato, cooked soya granules, coriander, pepper and salt and set aside.
  2. For flour : combine water , salt and add flour to make dough and knead for some time. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Make small ball from dough, roll it out a bit then add a tablespoon of Soya mixture in the center and seal all around it.  Now roll it out using rolling pin on floured surface.
  4. Add a tablespoon of ghee to pan and cook the soya stuffed paratha, flip and add some ghee to cook the other side too. Repeat the same with the rest.
