- All Purpose Flour2 1/4 cups extra for flooring
- Oil2 Tablespoons
- SaltTo Taste
- Hot Water3/4 cup
- Butter or ghee4 Tablespoons
- Combine egg, oil salt with water and add slowly the flour to make dough. Knead for sometime and let it rest for 15 -20 minutes.
- Make small ball from dough , Roll it out round using rolling pin then heat the pan and add some ghee and cook the bread , flip to cook other sides too. Do the same with the rest of dough.
