  • Chickpeas2 Cups
  • Water6 glasses
  • Sea Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Boiled Potatoes1
    1. For Mix Chutney
  • Red Chutney1 Tablespoonful
  • Cilantro or Shornakhod Chutney 1 Tablespoonful
  • Distilled White Vinegar1 Tablespoon

  1. Soak the Chickpeas over night fully covered with water.
  2. In pressure cooker, add drained chickpeas, water and salt, then cook it for 30 minutes or until the Chikpeas are soft.
  3. Let it cool completely or refrigrate overnight.
