Pears Jam

  • Pears2 big sizes
  • Lemon Juice1 Lemon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Vanilla Essence1 Tablespoon
  • Lemon Zest1 Lemon


  1. Peel and chop the pears, then add water to pears and let it cook till tender.
  2. Add sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and cook it for some minutes, keep stirring.
  3. When its translucent well cooked, add vanilla essence and remove it from heat.
