Murgh Beryan (Fried Chicken)

- Chicken1 kg
- Salt To Taste
- Cooking Oil for frying
- Wash and Cut the chicken into desired pieces.
- Pressure cook chicken with little water and salt until chicken is done.
- Strain the water using strainer completely.
- Now heat oil and deep fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.
- Serve With salad.
