  • Chicken1 kg
  • Salt To Taste
  • Cooking Oil for frying


  1. Wash and Cut the chicken into desired pieces.
  2. Pressure cook chicken with little water and salt until chicken is done.
  3. Strain the water using strainer completely.
  4. Now heat oil and deep fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.
  5. Serve With salad.
