- Mung Dal (Sprout or Boiled)1/2 cup
- Cucumber 1
- Carrot 2
- Olive slices1 tablespoon
- Coriander leavessome for garnishing
- Lemon juice1 lemon
- Orange juice1 orange
- Salt pinch
- Cut or slice as you desire the carrot and cucumber.
- Add lemon juice, orange juice, chopped chilli, salt and Mung dal then mix well.
- Add olive slices and coriander on top and enjoy.
