Prep Time: 5 Min Cook time: 15 Min
- Soya Chunks1 cup
- Cooking Oil3 Tablesoons
- Mix Spices1 Tablespoon
- SaltTo Taste
- Boil soya chunks in water and salt for 10 minutes or until they are soft. Then drain and rinse 3 times well, squeeze the soya chunks so all its water go away. (If using soya granules this take 3-5 minutes to boil.)
- (If using soya in sweet dishes no need to follow this stage.)Heat oil stir fry the soya chunks for a couple of minutes, then add in spices/masala, salt.
- Then you can use adding it in any dish you want.
