- Dry Milk1 cup
- Ghee1/4 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Cardamom1 Teaspoon
- Sesame Seedsas desired
- Bring to boil sugar and water when the sugar dissolves add milk, cardamom, ghee and combine. Keep stirring.
- Cook it for sometime, when thickens and looks like ball in center of pan, add some sesame seeds and mix , pour the mixture into a greased pan and garnish with some more sesame seeds. Let it cool completely. Break it into pieces.
- Store it in airtight container. Enjoy
