Halva Maghzi Konjed (milk & sesame candy)

  • Dry Milk1 cup
  • Ghee1/4 cup
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Cardamom1 Teaspoon
  • Sesame Seedsas desired


  1. Bring to boil sugar and water when the sugar dissolves add milk, cardamom, ghee and combine. Keep stirring.
  2. Cook it for sometime, when thickens and looks like ball in center of pan, add some sesame seeds and mix , pour the mixture into a greased pan and garnish with some more sesame seeds. Let it cool completely. Break it into pieces.
  3. Store it in airtight container. Enjoy
