      For For Rolls
  • All Purpose Flour2 cups extra for flooring
  • Salt To Taste
  • Water3/4 cup
  • Ghee4 Tablespoons
    1. For For Filling
  • Egg3
  • Butter or ghee3 Tablespoons
  • Garlic1/2 Teaspoon minced
  • Capsicum1 chopped
  • Curry Leavessome
  • Salt & PepperTo Taste
  • Sandwich Spread Cheese1 Tablespoon

  2. For dough: mix salt with water and add slowly the flour to make dough. knead for sometime and let it rest for 30 minutes. Make small ball from dough , Roll it out round using rolling pin then heat the pan and add some ghee and cook the bread roll on both sides. Do the same with the rest of dough.
  3. For Filling: Heat ghee or butter add the curry leaves & garlic.  Beat the eggs and pour into the ghee and cook it keep stirring. Now add the chopped capsicum, salt and pepper and cook for a minute. Remove from heat let it cool. Then add the Sandwich spread cheese and mix.
  4. Take a piece of bread spread some onion, sliced tomatoes and egg filling over the bread, now roll the bread roll and cut it into half. Serve with Chutney. Enjoy
