Egg and Cheese Stuffed Tortilla

      For For the Dough
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Oil2 Tablespoons
  • Water1/2 cup
  • SaltTo Taste
    1. For For Stuffing
  • Slice Cheese or Mozeralla2 Slices
  • Oregano1/2 Teaspoon
  • Egg2
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Butter2 Tablespoons


Egg & Cheese stuffed Tortilla For the Dough

  1. In a bowl add salt , oil and water and mix. Add flour and make the dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Make small ball and roll it out using rolling pin like making tortilla.
  3. Transfer it to the pan and add 1 tablespoon oil on bottom and one tablespoon oil on its top.
  4. Flip it when one side is done and cook the rest of dough the same.

For Filling

  1. Mix the egg, salt, black pepper, oregano and pour it on oiled pan.
  2. Once one side is done flip it and sprinkle the cheese on its top. Sprinkle some oregano.
  3. Transfer the egg to one tortilla and cover the egg and cheese with another cooked tortilla.Cut them as desired. Do the same with the rest.
