Dal Stuffed Paratha

Ingredients
- Split Bengal Gram/Chana Dal1 cup
- Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
- Turmeric1/2 Teaspoon
- Wateras needed
- Flour 2 cups extra for flooring
- Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
- Water3/4 cup
- Ghee 1/4 cup
- For For Filling
- For For dough
Instructions
- Boil washed chana dal with salt , turmeric and water. Then mash it so fine using grinder.
- For flour : combine water , salt and add flour to make dough and knead for some time. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Make small ball from dough, roll it out a bit then add a tablespoon of Dal mixture in the center and seal all around it. Now roll it out using rolling pin on floured surface.
- Add a tablespoon of ghee to pan and cook the dal stuffed paratha, flip and add some ghee to cook the other side too.
