Ingredients

      For For Cake
  • All Purpose Flour1 cup
  • Butter1/2 cup
  • Caster sugar3/4 cup
  • Vanilla Essence1 Teaspoon
  • Baking Soda1/2 Teaspoon
  • Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon
  • Egg2
  • Milk1/4 cup
  • Cocoa Powder3 Tablespoons
    1. For For Frosting
  • Dark Chocolate1/2 cup
  • Milk4 Tablespoons
  • Cheriessome



Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine butter, eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, milk and vanilla and whisk well.
  2. Add sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
  3. Pour the batter into greased baking paper based pan.
  4. Pre heat oven and bake at 160 C for 45-50 minutes or till cake is done. Let it cool on rack.
  5. For Frosting: Chop the chocolate and milk and microwave for 3-4 minutes. Then whisk well to dissolve the chocolate and become soft silky syrup.
  6. Now pour the chocolate syrup on cake and garnish it with some grated chocolate and cherries.
