Chickpeas Roll

  • Chickpea Flour1/2 cup
  • Yogurt1 cup
  • Tumeric 1/2 Teaspoon
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Water 1 cup
    1. For For Filling
  • Coconut Grated1/2 cup
  • Coriander chopped1/2 cup
    1. For For Topping
  • Oil1 Tablespoon
  • Chilli chopped1


  1. Mix Yogurt, salt, tumeric and chickpeas flour.
  2. Add water to become runny.
  3. Heat the burner and cook it to become thick, keep stirring.
  4. Now spread the mixture into aluminum tray with back of your spatula very thin.Let it cool for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Mix grated coconut and coriander. Spread the mixture evenly.
  6. Now take a knife and cut them like strips, same sizes.
  7. Roll each strips gently and slowly.
  8. Place them on platter.
  9. In a pan heat oil add chopped chilli and pour on the rolls.
  10. Garnish them with some grated coconut and coriander.
