
Cauliflower,Turnip,Carrot, Potatoes Stew

Ingredients
- Cooking Oil4 Tablespoons
- Onion, finely chopped2
- Tomatoes, finely chopped5-6
- Garlic, minced4 cloves
- Ginger Paste1 Teaspoon
- Paprika Powder1 Tablespoon
- Turmeric1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt To Taste
- Cauliflower Florets1 Cup
- Carrot , chopped1 Cup
- Turnip, chopped1 Cup
- Potatoes, chopped1 Cup
Instructions
- Saute garlic, ginger and onion in oil for a couple of minutes, then stir in tomatoes and cook till its soft paste.
- Add in paprika, turmeric, salt, and chopped vegetables with 1/4 cup of water.
- Pressure cook it on medium heat for 3-4 whistle and remove cooker from heat.
