Cauliflower,Turnip,Carrot, Potatoes Stew

Ingredients

  • Cooking Oil4 Tablespoons
  • Onion, finely chopped2
  • Tomatoes, finely chopped5-6
  • Garlic, minced4 cloves
  • Ginger Paste1 Teaspoon
  • Paprika Powder1 Tablespoon
  • Turmeric1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt To Taste
  • Cauliflower Florets1 Cup
  • Carrot , chopped1 Cup
  • Turnip, chopped1 Cup
  • Potatoes, chopped1 Cup



Instructions

  1. Saute garlic, ginger and onion in oil for a couple of minutes, then stir in tomatoes and cook till its soft paste.
  2. Add in paprika, turmeric, salt, and chopped vegetables with 1/4 cup of water.
  3. Pressure cook it on medium heat for 3-4 whistle and remove cooker from heat.
