- Sugar1/4 cup
- Almond1/2 cup
- Honey1 Tablespoon
- Cardamom1/4 Teaspoon
- Wash Almond set aside.
- Make ready a foil pepper on a tray.
- On medium heat cook sugar, honey, almonds, cardamom until sugar melts and golden brown. Keep Stirring.
- Pour the almond on foil and spread.
- Cool and cut , serve with tea.
