    Ingredients

    • Pumpkin1/2 kg
    • Olive Oil 4 Tablespoons
    • Dry Garlic and oregano1 Tablespoon
    • SaltTo Taste
    • Afghani Mix Curd1/2 cup
    • Dry Mintsome



    Instructions

    1. Afghani mix curd recipe.
    2. Slice the pumpkin and place it on aluminum foil.
    3. Sprinkle salt, garlic, oregano and oil and wrap it with aluminum foil.
    4. Pre heat oven and bake the pumpkin for 25 minutes.
    5. Remove it from oven and serve it with curd and dry mint.
