Ingredients
- Pumpkin1/2 kg
- Olive Oil 4 Tablespoons
- Dry Garlic and oregano1 Tablespoon
- SaltTo Taste
- Afghani Mix Curd1/2 cup
- Dry Mintsome
Instructions
- Afghani mix curd recipe.
- Slice the pumpkin and place it on aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle salt, garlic, oregano and oil and wrap it with aluminum foil.
- Pre heat oven and bake the pumpkin for 25 minutes.
- Remove it from oven and serve it with curd and dry mint.
