Bolani Kadoo (Pumpkin Stuffed Paratha)

Ingredients
- All purpose Flour2 cups plus some extra for flooring (i used half and half all purpose flour and wheat flour)
- SaltTo Taste
- Water2/3 cup
- Pumpkin1 cup grated
- Chilli2 chopped
- Mix Spices1 Tablespoon
- SaltTo Taste
- Onion1 finely chopped
- Oil1/2 cup for frying
- For For Dough
- For For filling
Instructions
- Mix water and salt , then add flour and fold to make dough. Knead for some time. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Grate the pumpkin using grater and mix it with all ingredients.
- Make small small balls from dough. Take one ball and roll it out round and thin using rolling pin. Place a tablespoon of mixture in the center and fold 3 sides one by one to make triangle.
- Heat a pan and place the pumpkin paratha, add some oil and fry till golden brown, turn to cook other side too. Repeat with rest.
