- Mix water and salt , then add flour and fold to make dough. Knead for some time. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Grate the pumpkin using grater and mix it with all ingredients.
- Make small small balls from dough. Take one ball and roll it out round and thin using rolling pin. Place a tablespoon of mixture in the center and fold 3 sides one by one to make triangle.
- Heat a pan and place the pumpkin paratha, add some oil and fry till golden brown, turn to cook other side too. Repeat with rest.
