Baked Potato Wedges with Garlic

- Garlic7 cloves
- Curry Leavessome
- Salt & PepperTo Taste
- Oregano 1 Teaspoon
- Olive Oil5-6 Tablespoons
- Wash and scrap the potatoes then slice like wedges.
- Mix potato wedges with garlic, oregano, curry leaves, olive oil and salt pepper.
- Pre heat oven and bake it for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
