- Flour 2 1/2 cups
- Dry Instant Yeast1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt 1 Teaspoon
- Warm Water1 cup
- Butter1/4 cup
- Mix water yeast and salt then add flour and fold in to make dough. Knead for some time and let rest for 1 hour to rise.
- Divide the dough into two. On floured surface roll out the dough as thin as possible using rolling pin. Then spread the butter, cut the buttered dough about 3-4 inches wide using a knife. Now roll the cut dough into itself, roll out again round using your hand or rolling pin. Design some patterns on rolled out dough.
- Pre heat oven and bake the Qatlama at 240 c for 20 minutes.
