- Flour1/2 cup
- Cooking Oil1/4 cup
- Milk4 Cups
- Almond1/4 cup
- Sugar1/4 cup
- Cardamom Powder1 Teaspoon
- Fry flour in oil for a minute, Add milk and cook for 15 minutes or so till its thick. Continuously stir.
- Wash 1/4 cup of almonds then dry clean with kitchen cloth. Blend the almond using blender. Stir in the blended almond, sugar and cardamom, cook for 5 more minutes on medium heat.
- Plate on any dish as you desire and serve hot or cold.
