Vegetable Manchurian

Ingredients

      For Manchurian balls
  • Cabbage 1/2 cup grated
  • Carrot1/4 cup grated
  • Spring Onion4 minced
  • Garlic4 cloves minced
  • All Purpost Flour1/3 cup ( or as needed to form the balls)
  • Corn Starch2 Tablepoons
  • Mix Spices(black pepper, red chili, tumeric)1 Tablespoon
  • Soya Sauce1 teaspoon
  • Coriander + chillisome chopped
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil for deep frying
    1. For For Sauce
  • Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup
  • Spring Onion12 sliced
  • Tomato3 chopped
  • Garlic3 cloves minced
  • Soya Sauce1 Tablespoon
  • Corn Starch1 Tablespoon
  • chilli2 chopped
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Ajinomoto1 Teaspoon
  • Salt To Taste



Instructions

  1. For Balls: Mix all grated vegetables ,add in flour, corn flour, salt, mix spices and soya sauce mix again to combine together.
  2. Make walnuts size small balls.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry the balls.
  4. Keep them aside.
  5. For Sauce: In a pan add  oil and saute minced garlic and  the chopped spring onion.
  6. Add chopped tomato, chillies and saute keep stirring it on low flame heat for few minutes.
  7. Dissolve 1 tablespoon corn starch in 1/2 cup water and add to make the sauce.Keep stirring to avoid lumps.
  8. Now add the Manchurian balls and stir.
  9. Garnish it with coriander and serve.
