- Pumpkin - 1/2 kg
- Sugar - 2/3 cup
- Orange Juice - 3/4 cup
- Lemon Juice - 2 Tabelspoons
- Cardamom, Powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Peel the pumpkin and chop into small sizes.
- In a cooking pot add sugar orange juice and lemon juice and pumpkin. Cover the lid and cook on medium heat until the jam is thicken and sticky like jam. Stir in between. Add the cardamom at end and remove from heat.
- Let it cool and reserve.
