- Pears - 2 big sizes
- Lemon Juice - 1 Lemon
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Vanilla Essence - 1 Tablespoon
- Lemon Zest - 1 Lemon
- Peel and chop the pears, then add water to pears and let it cook till tender.
- Add sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and cook it for some minutes, keep stirring.
- When its translucent well cooked, add vanilla essence and remove it from heat.
