Mung Dal Salad

Ingredients

  • Mung Dal (Sprout or Boiled)1/2 cup
  • Cucumber 1
  • Carrot 2
  • Chilli1
  • Olive slices1 tablespoon
  • Coriander leavessome for garnishing
  • Lemon juice1 lemon
  • Orange juice1 orange
  • Salt pinch



Instructions

  1. Cut or slice as you desire the carrot and cucumber.
  2. Add lemon juice, orange juice, chopped chilli, salt and Mung dal then mix well.
  3. Add olive slices and coriander on top and enjoy.
