Ingredients

      For For Cover
  • Flour 2 cups 1/2 extra for kneading
  • Water3/4 cup
  • Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
    1. For For Filling # 1
  • Cabbage1 cup finely grated
  • Onion1 Finely grated
  • Garlic2 cloves minced
  • Oil2 tablespoons
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Chilli2 chopped
    1. For For Filling # 2
  • Spring Onion1/2 cup finely cut
  • Boiled Potato1 cup mashed
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Chilli2 chopped



Instructions

  1. For Cover: Combine water oil and salt then add flour and mix well and knead it with extra flour on floured surface for some time. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. For Filling # 1 :In a pan add oil and cook all ingredients together for 5 minutes or till softens. Keep stirring to avoid burning.
  3. For Filling # 2:Mix and combine all the ingredients and set aside.
  4. Spring Roll Preparation:Roll the dough so thinly using machine or rolling pin. Cut the rolled dough into rectangular or square shapes using a knife. Add a spoonful of any mixture in center and fold the two long edges first then roll like Cigar roll .
  5. Deep fry them in oil and Serve with chutney or ketchup.
